2. Visitors are not permitted in the bush bar after Mid-Night.

4. Pre-termination is not allowed. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.
5. I agree and acknowledge that when entering and using the unsupervised Gym, I do so at my own risk and that Hotel Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and/or damage.
6. Guests swim at their own risk and the Hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Hotel facilities.
